Azopharma has a staff of experienced DVMs to perform specialized surgery and develop unique protocols that meet sponsors' needs. Our veterinarians are well respected in the industry and are often called upon to provide training to major pharmaceutical companies and regulatory agencies.
Specialty protocol services include:
- Surgical implantation of medical devices to support cardiovascular and orthopedic research
- Specialty research models including vascular access ports, intestinal access ports and duodenal fistula models
Azopharma has surgery experience in all standard pharmaceutical research animals and can also perform specialized surgeries on larger and exotic animals.
